No-hassle Returns: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your foldable water bottle (whether it is a quality issue or other reason), you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Product Condition Requirements: Returns must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging to ensure that they are eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Please contact us through our customer service email and provide the following information:
Order number
Product name and quantity
Reason for return or exchange (if it is a quality issue, please attach relevant photos)
Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with return and exchange instructions within 24 hours to confirm the return address or exchange process.
Step 3: Once we confirm your return or exchange request, you can ship the product back according to the instructions we provide.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions
Return without quality problems:
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, we still provide return service, but the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Return or exchange with quality problems:
If your water cup has quality problems (such as leakage, damage, defects, etc.), please take photos and provide relevant pictures through the customer service email.
We will provide free return and exchange, and bear the return and exchange shipping costs.
4. Refund processing
The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Generally, we will process the refund within 5 working days after receiving the returned product and inspecting it.
The refund amount will deduct any non-product costs, such as shipping costs.
5. Exchange process
If you choose to exchange instead of refund, please let us know the product you want to exchange when applying. We will re-ship you according to the new order process after confirming your exchange request.
6. Situations where return and exchange are not possible
The following situations are not applicable to the return and exchange service:
Goods that have exceeded the 30-day return and exchange period;

7. Shipping and Fees
